The iCOACHKIDS Regional Coaching Conference is specifically designed for coaches who work with children under 12 years old or teenage girls and boys. If you are interested in adopting a child/teen-centered approach in your coaching, improving or developing skills that prioritize the needs of young athletes, creating an inclusive culture and environment, or addressing dropout rates in your sport, this event is perfect for you.
