The OPW is currently in the process of soliciting tenders for a contract that will involve conserving and repairing the plaster on the ceiling. This expenditure included flying a consultant and their assistant from the UK on multiple occasions to oversee the installation of the curtains. The final bill encompassed not only the cost of the curtains themselves but also the consultants’ travel expenses, including flights, taxis, and accommodation.
