Global Agricultural Innovations Showcased at EIMA 2024

Seven Brazilian companies supported by the Brazil Machinery Solutions (BMS) export promotion sector project, a partnership between ABIMAQ (Brazilian Machinery Builders’ Association) and ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency), are gearing up to participate in EIMA 2024, a prestigious agricultural fair in Europe. The event will take place in Bologna, Italy, from September 6 to 10.

In this edition of EIMA, companies like Globus, IBS Comex (Almeida Equipamentos and Cadioli), Indústrias Colombo, J.Assy, Magnojet, São José Industrial, and Vence Tudo will showcase their latest products and innovations to over 300 thousand visitors from 80 countries expected to attend the five-day event. The main goal of their participation is to enhance the global image of Brazilian agricultural machinery and equipment companies and explore new business opportunities in Europe.

EIMA is recognized as one of the largest agricultural fairs in Europe and globally. Held every two years in Bologna, Italy, a hub for the country’s agricultural sector, the event covers a massive area of 375,000 square meters. This year, the fair will host around 1,700 exhibitors from 42 countries, displaying over 60,000 models of equipment, machinery, and vehicles.

Paulo Guerra, Institutional Affairs Manager at ABIMAQ, emphasized the significance of Brazil’s presence at EIMA 2024. He highlighted that showcasing Brazilian machinery and equipment manufacturers at such a prestigious event reinforces Brazil’s pivotal role in the global agricultural technology landscape. EIMA serves as a strategic platform for Brazilian companies to present their cutting-edge solutions, fostering advancements in the agricultural production chain. Brazil’s participation at this international event underscores the competitiveness, innovation, and global partnership potential of Brazilian industries, paving the way for new business ventures in key markets like Italy, North Africa, and Eastern Europe.

Here are some of the companies and products that will be featured at EIMA 2024:

1. Globus: A leading provider of controllers for large vehicles, Globus will demonstrate its customizable electronic solutions for refrigeration, air conditioning, cabin control, and multiplex functions.

2. IBS Comex: Specializing in the export of equipment and agricultural machinery, IBS Comex will showcase products from Almeida Equipamentos and Cadioli, including sugarcane and grain harvesters, tractors, and implements.

3. Indústrias Colombo: Known for developing solutions for mechanized harvesting, Indústrias Colombo will highlight the Double Master II bean and peanut threshing harvester with advanced cleaning systems.

4. J.Assy: A key player in the agricultural market, J.Assy will present the Visum Seeder RF wireless irrigation flow sensor designed to optimize air seeder machines.

5. Magnojet: Offering spray accessories and filters, Magnojet will display its ceramic spray tips and FastCap quick coupling system during the event.

6. São José Industrial: Focused on grain logistics and soil preparation, São José Industrial will showcase its Gran Standard grain trailer designed for enhanced productivity.

7. Vence Tudo: With a 60-year history, Vence Tudo will exhibit its line of seeders, harvester platforms, and agricultural implements tailored for various crops and terrains.

These Brazilian companies are set to make a mark at EIMA 2024, highlighting the country’s innovation and expertise in the agricultural machinery and equipment sector.
